All of Gatheround’s event venues near NYC are private properties we own and run — most about two hours fifteen from Midtown Manhattan, across the Catskills and Poconos. Whatever you’re planning, a company retreat, a wedding, or a large group event, the whole property is yours for the booking.
Tyler Hill — Tyler Hill, PA (Poconos). Our largest venue: events up to 800, overnight for 500.
Timber Lake — Shandaken, NY (Catskills), lakeside. Events up to 500, overnight for 400.
Timber Lake West — Roscoe, NY (Catskills), lakeside. Events up to 300, overnight for 300.
The Shandaken Inn — Shandaken, NY (Catskills). Intimate: events up to 100, overnight for 42 across 15 suites and three two-bed cottages.
The Inn at Tyler Hill — Tyler Hill, PA. Events up to 100, overnight for around 20.
North Shore — Glen Cove, NY. Day-only, events up to 500, about 45 minutes from Manhattan.
Hampton Country — East Hampton, NY. Day-only, events up to 500, about 2 hours 30 from Manhattan.
Group size usually sets the shortlist. For 100 or fewer, The Shandaken Inn or The Inn at Tyler Hill. Up to 300, Timber Lake West. Up to 500, Timber Lake or a day-only site like North Shore. For the largest gatherings, Tyler Hill handles up to 800. We’ll match your group to the right property and handle the booking end to end.
